👷🏾♂️🚧 Site Walkthrough Update 📍Agungi, Lekki
Today, I took a proper walk around the project site to show you the current level of progress.
From the front view, our 4-Bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex is coming up beautifully. The exterior has been fully screeded and the front windows are already fixed. We’ve also commenced excavation of the two septic tanks to ensure the infrastructure is properly handled from this stage.
Stepping inside the duplex, you can see tiling work in progress and already get a feel of how spacious the layout will be. Moving upstairs, screeding work is ongoing, while the electrical team is actively working on the wiring installation.
Walking towards the back wing, where we have the 4 units of 2-Bedroom apartments, the progress is equally impressive. The building is fully screeded, windows are installed, and the septic tank designated for the apartment wing is currently being excavated. You can also spot the meters already positioned in front.
We then stepped into one of the 2-Bedroom ground floor units. The space speaks for itself floors already tiled, while the toilets and bathrooms are still in progress.
