Do you know that you are actually losing money when you leave it in the bank? with the naira rapid devaluation, the 1,000,000 ( one million Naira )you’ve been saving in the bank since last year is properly worth 750k now. If you must have money in the bank in Nigeria, make sure it’s in foreign currency because unlike naira your $10,000 when dollar was N500 to 1 dollar ( black market) when you change that Same $10,000 now that dollar is now 580 to 1 dollar you know how much it is, and no bank will give you that kind of interest rate with your saving account. ( that’s our sad reality). But if you really want your money to speak the language you will like buy properties😁
Some of you might have known by now that my 4th stream of income is real estate, as a matter of fact I make more money from real estate than film. My first real estate deal I closed with some of my then partners in 2019 was a 1billion naira property we sold and after that I ventured fully into buying and selling properties, and my biggest mistake is that I wish I started earlier.
A friend of mine bought a land in a particular estate August last year for 48million and didn’t think much of it, few weeks ago he started getting calls with different numbers of people asking if he want to sell the land, He called the company He bought it from and asked what was going and they said the land he bought for 48million a plot is now going for 120million.
DONT USE YOUR CAPITAL TO BUY LIABILITY
USE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ASSETS THAT WILL GENERATE A CASH FLOW WHICH CAN NOW ENABLE YOU TO BUY LIABILITIES 😉
But at the end of the day I can’t tell you what to do with your money and
