Do you often find yourself overthinking about objections during a sales call ?

Ask open ended questions:

Mirror their words back:

Repeating their concerns gives you time to respond thoughtfully and shows you’re truly listening, which builds trust.

Check your assumptions at the door:

Don’t guess what the prospect is thinking, let them tell you.
