The fact about these are Lands within the Lekki Ajah corridor have the greatest potentials for future appreciation.

Example: Currently a plot of land in Abijo GRA currently sells for N10m, N11m respectively.

In 5yrs it could sell for N40m or N45m/plot and in another 10yrs, its still going to follow this trend in appreciation in price until it reaches a point of resistance.

At this point it could be selling at N100m, N120m/plot that's depending on the level of developments and value that has been added to the location.
