*I Warned Him About Investing Such An Amount With The Bank*
Just last weekend, I met up with James at our usual relaxation spot so we could sit back, relax over a few drinks and just talk about anything and everything.
We got talking about the current investment state of the nation at large and James told me that he had just received a notification from his bank where he had invested N700,000 roughly five (5) years ago, he had been notified that his deposit had just materialized into just over N875,000. I was shocked to hear that and I too could see the disappointment on his face.
I then went further to ask why he didn’t invest that money in REAL ESTATE, just like I advised him back then. If only he had listened to me, I’m sure our conversation and meet-up would have been more about celebration than of regret. SAD!!!
