NewsWe Made 1500 Persons Landlords in 2025 to Avoid Demolitions, Invest in SâEast- Ogudike

Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd Co- Director , Comrade Damian Ogudike has disclosed that his organization was able to meet its target of making about 1500 Persons who were formerly regarded as mere tenants landlords cm Land owners in 2025.
Speaking to journalists at Sharon Hall GRA, Onitsha, Anambra State during their 2025 End of the Year/Christmas party & Award of Certificates of Real Estates Master Class Academy (1st Batch Graduands), Comrade Ogudike and Co- Director, Ikechukwu Ezeh urged Igbos to think home and invest in Real Estates, in a place that is not prone to unfavorable government policies.
According to Ogudike, for 2026 our target is to make 3000 Igbos landlords. We targeted 2000 persons this year but we were able to get up to 1500 Igbos who were able to become landlords in 2025 through Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd favorable investment policies.
âThis 2025 we successfully opened a branch in Umuahia, and other South East states. We are already discussing with partners to open up at Imo and Enugu State.
âOur major aim or target is only South Easterners and South Southerners. We are in Delta State. The essence is to give our people living within and outside Nigeria opportunities to invest in South East where their properties will not be destroyed by unfavorable policies of government.
âWe are secured here,no Igbo Governor or Local Government Chairman will just wake up one day to sign a bill or make pronouncements and start destroying properties of fellow Igbos. Our people in other states are facing hatred.
â We urge Igbos and other Southerners to Invest in Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd, it is a sure place to invest.
â13 persons got Awards from the Golden Land Estates Master Class Academy which we instituted this year. The graduants who did perfectly well after the 4 months course got Awards including Best land Sellers/ Realtors awards.
âWe are here for our End of year/Christmas party. We gave out Awards of certificates, Cash and rice gifts to our faithful, reliable realtors who worked hard within this one calendar year to serve as encouragements to them and motivation to other realtors.
âIn our Seminar âBuilding Growth and New Year Resolutionâ, we advised our partners and realtors to focus on how to build wealth. Wether social or physical wealth, one should diversify in investments, for wealth creation. Focus on your dreams on things that will generate wealth for you,â said Ogudike.
Moreover, another, Co-director of Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd, Mr. Ikechukwu Ezeh noted that it was the Grace of God, Commitment, Consistency and integrity that gave rise to the growth of Golden Land Estates.
