Is the price of this property all inclusive of title deed processing fees?

There are some Land agents and realtors who only quote the price of the Land and do not mention whether it includes fees for the surveyor, processing title deeds and the agent fee.
Always ask whether the price of land is all inclusive to avoid a scenario where you will need to pay more, Unless a new development came up.
