1. ACCOUNTANT
Location: Onitsha, Anambra State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: N200K - N250K
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
3. Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance
4. Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and tax requirements
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
6. Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
7. Provide financial insights to guide management decision-making
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
3. Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant work experience
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
2. SALES MANAGER
Location: Onitsha, Anambra State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: N150K - N200K
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
2. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance
3. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
5. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
6. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute effective campaigns
7. Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
5. Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen
6. Experience in real estate or a related industry is highly desirable
3. BUSINESS MANAGER
Location: Onitsha, Anambra State
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: 200k - 300k
Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing business development activities, managing key client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and market pe*******on.
2. Develop and implement business growth strategies
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
4. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
5. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
6. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales/business development team
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
8. Prepare periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance and financial reports
9. Represent the company at meetings, negotiations, and industry events
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum of 5–10 years experience in business development, sales, or management role
3. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

4. MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Onitsha, Anambra State

Salary Range: N150k - 200k
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company’s media and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive impactful media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive media and content strategy aligned with company goals
3. Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital presence
4. Plan, create, and oversee engaging content (text, graphics, and video)
5. Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels
6. Monitor media trends and identify opportunities for brand growth
7. Manage relationships with media houses, content creators, and digital partners
8. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
9. Oversee brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels
10. Handle public relations activities, press releases, and corporate communications
11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in media management, digital marketing, or communications
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital advertising
4. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics tools
5. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
6. Strong organizational and project management abilities
7. Creative mindset with attention to detail
8. Experience in real estate or related industry is an added advantage
