Shaibu Alihu Shaibu is a renowned entrepreneur, real estate developer, leadership advocate, and humanitarian known for his remarkable rise from a humble background to becoming one of the notable real estate voices in Nigeria. Popularly referred to as “THE PHENOMENAL LANDLORD MAKER,” he is widely respected for his expertise, technical know-how, and consistency in facilitating seamless real estate transactions and wealth creation opportunities.
A Developer by training, Shaibu Alihu Shaibu obtained both his First Degree and Master’s Degree from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. His Real Estate journey began in 2014 with a startup capital of just ₦80,000, a modest beginning that has since evolved into multiple thriving business ventures.
He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zuchi Real Homes Ltd , a fast-growing multi-million-naira real estate company based in Otukpo, Benue State-Nigeria. Beyond real estate, he has successfully established several other businesses including Zuchi Elite Protocols, Zuchi Livestock, Zuchi Consultancy and Logistics Services, among others.
Driven by a passion for impact, leadership, and youth empowerment, he founded the Zuchi Foundation, a humanitarian initiative committed to raising visionary leaders and entrepreneurs across Africa, with a bold vision of producing 1,000 billionaires on the continent.
He is also the convener of the annual MINDSHIFT LEADERSHIP and BUSINESS SUMMIT, a transformational platform designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders with practical knowledge, mentorship, and financial empowerment opportunities.
Currently serving as the Acting Secretary of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Benue State Chapter, Shaibu Alihu Shaibu continues to contribute significantly to the growth and professional development of the real estate sector.
In addition to his business and leadership pursuits, he is a teacher, mentor, consultant, wealth advisor, and minister of the Gospel. He pioneers a youth and teens outreach ministry known as FRIENDS OF GOD'S FELLOWSHIP, through which he is passionately committed to spiritual growth, mentorship, and value-based leadership among young people.
