This is the organization that helped to build me up, it is the organization that I will not forget, if you are not a member or have not joined this organization, it means we need to trace where you learnt your own real estate, if you talk about real estate and you don't mention E.M.S.A you have not started, am proud of E.M.S.A and am as well proud to be a member.
It's good to talk about your stuff, what you are made of, who made you what you are, how, when and where it started.
The real estate struggle started 2013 in the department of estate management and valuation in Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo, (National Diploma N.D) and ended in the year 2015, the Higher National Diploma kicked off 2016 and was completed 2018, here I am today practicing what I've learnt so far, all thanks to God, my Parents, both biological and spiritual father's, lecturers, coursemates, Especially Ifi Udoka Marryann, Anamelechi Ugochukwu and others.
It has been God all the way, I am proud to call myself an Estate agent, having the vision to be known and address as Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ESV) in due time. Thanks to all the ESV's, thanks to all the AESV's, thanks to NIEVS, and thanks to ESVRBON
