Not every land you buy will be a GOOD investment.
In fact, some are likely to end up becoming a financial mistake.
The decision to buy land always boils out from one fundamental reason; to grow your wealth.
Any land that will not appreciate, generate cash flow or open leverage is not an asset. It is a burial site for your money.
If you must invest, do so because you see the potential of that place in the future.
