1. Soil test: this is a process of examining the state of a soil, considering it's strength or weakness. As you know the Earth ( soil ) remain the basics of load bearing and thereby should be taken serious. Don't worry in our next class we'll treat about soil test.

2. Compaction: It involves the act of compressing backfilled laterite so as to avert air voids. Improper compaction can lead to either sinking or cracking of the slab.

3. Error in mixture: putting together the four materials that makes up a concrete such as cement, water, sand and coarse aggregate should be properly mixed.
