I don't know who needs to hear this but I thought it wise to share.
Recently we interviewed a candidate for a certain position, she did well on the average but when I reached out to her to invite her for a final Interview, She was so reluctant and seem uninterested, when I pushed further to know what the challenge was,
"I'm not comfortable with the package" she said. I smiled.
I tried convincing by giving her reasons she needs to oblige to the offer...
I see alot of freshers clamouring for jobs here and there but when they're presented with an offer they develop cold feets,
Go for the experience, opportunities and not money, no organization has time for training you these days,
You have to train yourself,
You don't have value to bring to the table and you want to hit it big in split seconds? Wow
You will sleep and wake up daily with nothing to show for your life as the days, months, years run fast and you age then you miss that clock of getting a job that will give you experience at the right age bracket. "A little slumber a little sleep, a little folding of hands so will poverty come upon you like a robber"...
If you truly seek for a successful career think about acquiring experience first and horn your skills then money will slow by itself naturally to youIt's a world of experience and skills.
One of the take away I got on Sunday from my Pastor's teaching is this "Do what you find, Until you find what you like".
Don't say, this is not my calling or I don't have passion for this. While I understand the place of passion ,I also know that Passion can be developed on the job as well...
Make Haste while the sun shines, refuse to remain as same spot.
This is Post-Covid, things have evolved...Run with the Change.
Jesus did not promise us an easy and rosy journey here on Earth but he assured of his of his divine presence and guidance...
Keep preserving, Develop good values and keep a positive mindset.
I hope this made sense to someone.
