Earlier today , the leadership of Realestate Developers Association of Nigeria ( REDAN ) Rivers State Chapter , led by the state chairman Dr. Ory Martins , the MD of Booing Luxury estate, Met with the Executive Chairman of Eleme Local Government Council, Chief Hon. Obarilomate Ollor. Also in attendance was the MD of Ulan Homes , Dr Ujah Israel and leadership of Realestate companies operating along the LGA
The meeting focused extensively on resolving rising challenges around the local government area, particularly the Woji - Alesa link road and Agbonchia-Akpajo axis of the Port Harcourt Ring Road .
In line with the call by the Chairman for clarification of root title documentation and necessary approvals needed to operate within the Eleme council, REDAN expressed willingness to work with the council in clarifying all necessary misconceptions and present required documents were necessary.
The Chairman assured members of the organization of setting up a committee in the council secretariat to work with developers on all necessary documentations, clarifications and approvals. This is aimed at bringing lasting peace to the Eleme corridor. He assured developers of creating enabling environment for development to drive and promised good results in the coming days.
