Survey plan*

SIte plan* is just like receipt without stamp or zeal. It's not in government system. It's just between you and the vendor(seller) if litigation arise concerning the property. You are most likely to loose the property.

Survey plan* this document is signed by surveyor general in your locality, after surveyor had survey your land to know approximate size of the land. It will show diagram that indicates length and width of the land, it will also indicates number of the square meters. It is the proper registration of your property with the government. It's registered in government system with your name and address in the system to proof that you have purchased the property from the rightfully owner and that government is aware of your ownership.

After you have done your survey plan. You will now engage a lawyer to prepare a deed of conveyance in respect of the property, for purchaser, vendor and witness to sign, after you have made payment to the vendor (seller)

As a realtor, due diligence should not be compromise. Be intelligent and be very careful. Do not allow greed and non chalant attitude send you to prison. Also, when you are counting your gains , count your loss too. If any platform listed a property, work with the platform and manage little agency fee that you make out of the business.
Don't be too smart to the extent that you will try to bypass the platform that listed a property, in the sense that you will go directly to trace the listed property, and establish relationship concerning the listed property with just anybody around the property.If you do that, any problem or profit that you may encounter. Please, solve it and do not bother to seek for help from anyone. Real estate business is for real people not fake people 💯
