Good morning wealthy mind,

Big players in Ikoyi and Lekki didn't just jump into buying 400m 5 bedroom detached duplexes.

Instead, they started in places like Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, or Airport Road in Abuja when those spots were still pretty much empty land.
