We are making a presentation on the Vision Of Investment.
There is a Quotation in (Bible) "When there is no vision my people perish"
Cast your bread upon the water for you shall find its after many Day.
These words of Quotation are pointing to two area of our life.
1)Planning (2) Savings.
What is Investment : The act of investing,OR State of being invested.
A placement of capital in expectations of deriving income or profit from its use.
TYPE OF INVESTMENT:
1)Shares
2)Real Estate (property)
3)Bonds & Treasure Bill
What is shares : Any of the equal portion into which is divided and ownership of stock of the corporation.
The definition explained that shares mean, to buy a share or own holding in a company. That means that you become part owner of a company. (Called shareholder).
BENEFIT OF INVESTING IN SHARES:
i)A part owner of the company
ii)A shareholder are entitled to part-take of the profits the company made.
iii)A shareholders are entitled to vote at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
iv) As a shareholder your share certificate that show as a prove of ownership can be used as collateral in obtained loan from any financial institutions.
What is Real Estate:
Property consisting of building and Land. Or the business of selling land and building.
Real Estate investing,involved the purchase, ownership, management, Rental and sales.
Benefit for Real Estate:
A)Cash flow: when you buy or build a house and rent its out to tenants, that property start to earn your rental income.
B)usable as loan collateral
C)High return on investment: real estate grows in value.
What is Bonds& treasure Bill:
An official documents in which a government or company promises to pay back an amount of money that it has borrowed and to pay interest for borrowed money.
BENEFIT OF BONDS&TREASURE BILL:
