The former C.E.O of Access Bank Corporation, Herbert Wigwe is set to build a world-class University in Isiokpo community.

He held an Inaugural meeting with the Isiokpo council of chiefs and stakeholders in the community yesterday the 16th of August 2022.

He Introduces Prof Darlington Didia, an Ikwerre man who is an American-based University Professor as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor.

HRM, Nye Nwe Ali Isiokpo, Ikwerre local government council chairman, Samuel Nwanosike Nigerian police Area command and other community leaders pledge support.

Herbert, also asserted that the University will begin its first lecture in September 2024 and hinted that the University community and its environs will have an uninterrupted electricity supply when fully operational.
