1. Building Without a Proper Design
Skipping an architect’s or engineer’s drawing may look like a shortcut, but it always backfires. Wrong room dimensions, poor ventilation, or a structure that doesn’t even fit your plot are common results. The outcome? Demolition, rework, and double spending.

2. Ignoring Soil Investigations
Every land has its own bearing capacity. Constructing without knowing your soil type can lead to weak foundations, wall cracks, or even collapse. A soil test is far cheaper than the repairs that come later.
