RAINBOW CITY ESTATE SAPELE PROJECT UPDATE REPORT - APRIL 2022

We are pleased to inform you that work is progressing smoothly in your highbrow estate of choice, the Rainbow City Estate in Sapele, Delta state. The estate is poised to be delivered with necessary infrastructure by 4Q 2023.

As you are aware, we mobilized to site in January 2022 and completed all site clearing and preparation activities within a month. We commenced perimeter fencing of the estate last month and have achieved 40% completion as at end of March 2022. The target remains to complete the fencing by end of this month April 2022 and move to the next milestone activities namely; construction of gate house and commencement of internal estate drainage system, including installation of piping for power, water and sewage system.

We appreciate our esteemed subscribers for your faith in us and reassure that we are on course to deliver a world class estate, second to none in the whole of Delta state. We appeal to all subscribers to keep to their payment plan to ensure that the project schedule will progress as advertised.
