The issue of tithing has become more of stinginess than craving for the truth. Some say Jesus did not receive tithe, therefore the don't tithe; they classify tithing as part of the law, claiming Jesus at the cross put an end to the law and grace is now here. Let me educate some of these folks:

1. Tithing is not a law
2. Tithing is not mandatory, just as Deut 20:19 says, its your choice between life and death.
3. Jesus preached and encouraged us to tithe. Matt 23:23
4. Tithing is simply following Abrahams example and it was before the law.
ETC..

If its a matter of Law or what Jesus did and not do, why do we get married as Jesus also did not marry. There are principles to prosperity, no man gives to a man or a prophet whose ministry has not blessed him or her. We understand that many people and preachers are preaching the unthinkable, but our listening motive should be to decipher the truth and not catalyze our selfishness. Wake up and not slip into the hands of new generation task masters.
