Permit me to take a little time from ur busy to educate u ones more.

Ladies, get in here... Somebody here might need this....

Ifeoma got married in the year 2010,from that time till now she has been rocked with 10 heart breaking miscarriages. She blames the terrible experience on the witches in her village ,she doesn't know that she and the Nigerian dysfunctional system is the cause of her predicament .

i will tell you how.

Have you ever heard of the word Rhesus factor?
Rh factor is a protein that can be present on the surface of the red-blood cell. People that have the Rh factor are Rh positive +, those who do not have the Rh factor are Rh negative-.

The + and - in front of the blood group is the rhesus factor. So we have A+,A-,O+,O-, B+,B-,AB+,AB-. Rhesus factor is genetic, it's gotten from the parents emphatically the man.

Now that we are clear on what Rh factor is Let's move further to why I said Ifeoma is the cause of her miscarriages .

if you are Rh positive eg(a+,b+,o+,ab+) you are safe, but if you are negative eg(a-,B-,AB-,O-) you not.

If are a male Rh - u are safe, if you are a female u aren't.

If you a rh- woman gets pregnant for a man who is rh- you are safe but if you get pregnant for a man who is Rh+ you aren't.

Most people are Rh positive only very few are negative, the possibility for a rh- woman to find a rh- man is slim.

Let's assume Ifeoma is rh- and during her school days she aborted a pregnancy, the man who got her pregnant is rh+,obviously her baby was rh+.

During abortion, the rh+ blood came in contact with her rh- blood. That was the beginning of her problem.

Once rh- comes in contact with an rh+, certain antibodies are activated. This antibodies are activated to stop anything they think is a threat from coming into the body.

E.g a baby. A rh- woman with activated antibodies would keep having miscarriages ,d antibodies would keep fighting and taking off any foetus.

The woman might end up childless and if not properly inform

Each month, between 15 and 20 eggsmature inside your ovaries. The ripest egg is released and swept into one of your fallopian tubes. Your fallopian tubes connect your ovaries to your uterus (womb). Your ovaries do not necessarily take it in turns to release an egg.

Women's Reproductive Health. Hormones are key to reproductive health in all aspects of a woman's s*xual life. They regulate menstruation, fertility, menopause, and s*x drive (libido). The main hormones affecting the menstrual cycle and fertility are produced by glands in the brain and by the ovaries.

Female infertility

Infertility is the inability of a s*xually active couple, not using birth control, to get pregnant after one year of trying. About one quarter of female infertility is caused by a problem with ovulation. Normally, each month an egg matures within its own follicle (a sort of bubble) in the o***y and is released into the fallopian tube. This process of ovulation marks the fertile time of the menstrual cycle.

Reasons for infertility

Lack of ovulation or infrequent ovulation. Absent or irregular ovulation is a common cause of infertility and can be caused by:

polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS)hypothalamic amenorrheaproblems that cause the pituitary to release too much prolactin, a hormone that affects estrogen levelsprimary ovarian insufficiency

Age. There is a gradual decrease in egg quantity and quality beginning when a woman is in her mid 30s, or about 10 years before menopause.

Other hormone-related conditions. An overactive or underactive thyroid gland, diabetes, obesity, and, occasionally, Cushing syndrome (a disorder of the adrenal glands) can affect fertility.

Other causes of infertility include tubal blockages, endometriosis, and male factor infertility.

Treatment of infertility

Infertility due to ovulation problems is treated with fertility drugs. These drugs, in general, work like natural hormones, such as FSH and LH, to bring about ovulation. Some commonly used fertility drugs are:

Clomiphene. This oral medication causes the pituitary gland to release more FSH and LH.Gonadotropin therapy. These injected medications contain either FSH or both FSH and LH. These drugs stimulate the ovaries to develop egg-containing follicles. Most women need FSH only, but women with hypothalamic amenorrhea need both LH and FSH.Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). Used in combination with clomiphene and gonadotropin therapy, this drug, which is also given by injection, stimulates the follicle to release its egg (i.e., to ovulate).Bromocriptine and caber
