Today, Management of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited proudly celebrated the 2026 HSE & Ethics Day across all its operational sites, bringing employees together to reinforce the importance of workplace safety, integrity, and shared responsibility. With the theme, *"Safety First, Integrity Always,"* the event underscore's the company's commitment to maintaining a safe, ethical, and productive work environment.
As part of the celebration, employees participated in informative lectures and awareness sessions focused on workplace safety, ethical conduct, and integrity in the workplace. Special awareness was also created on the importance of gender equality and the elimination of child labour, reinforcing the company's commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
Management emphasized that safety and integrity remain core values that guide daily operations and decision-making across the organization. The event served as a reminder that every employee has a vital role to play in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, inclusiveness, and professionalism throughout RENL.
