This is the state of Daniel Umukoro extension road to Upper-Agbarho and Robert Alor. What should be a major link road in has instaed become a nightmare. It's about that time of the year when residents will either swim through the flood of moldy water to their homes or go through a longer route (Upper-Agbarho). But either way, they still suffer.

Dear Delta State Government, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, Ede Dafinone, Olorogun Jaro Egbo Ksc how long should the people in this area of Ughelli have to suffer before you give them road?

Ughelli North, which way?

7bn + 18.2bn = 25.2bn, and all we have seen so far is a cottage hospital and a few uncompleted buildings around the local government Secretariat.
What's there to show in Ughelli North LGA for all these funds? Abi the Delta State Government dey lie about the 7bn LGA allocation?
