When exactly do you want to get this property?
Write the date down.
When do you want to go for site inspection?
How many plots do you want, or what is the size of Land you want.
MIND YOU, THE NATURE OF BUILDING YOU DESIRE TO CONSTRUCT WILL DETERMINE THE SIZE OF THE LAND YOI SHOULD GET.
Purpose of the intended Estate property:

b. Buy for land banking.
What kind of Estate state:

Is there a specific location you have in mind?
What is the duration of your payment plan and what is the cost implication of extending for longer periods?
NB: When acquiring Estate property, Development charges and Infrastructural plan has to be taken into account.
