LEVERAGING ON LAND BANKING IS A SURE VEHICLE FOR WEALTH CREATION.
When you are in a state where all your need is taking care of, you have your own building, can change your car when you wish, go on holiday trips when desired, and also take care of the needs of others without thinking of where the resources will come from each day, then you can be said to be in a state of wealth.
