Look at these waters we’ve had the past few days. Calm weather perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Over by Sally Peachy just standing next to the shore you can spot several sand rays and crabs.

I have retired from the hotel business at Ike’s Place in Corn Island. I have been spending more of my time with my lovely wife, Carmen, in Florida.

So, instead of offering hotel rooms, I am in the process of converting some of my rooms into studio apartments. As it stands right now, I’ll have a room available now. I have this be set up with Airbnb and we have a 6 night minimum stay. I am offering a 20% DISCOUNT to my first 3 bookings! I would love for you to come and stay starting in May! Since my aim is to encourage longer stays to avoid hotel type turn over, if you’re looking to come longer, our discount gets better.

The studio is right on the water next to Ike’s Place. Recently remodeled, we installed a new kitchenette, repainted and made some outdoor updates to increase our curb appeal. We think you’ll find it comfortably furnished and ready to come home to!
