Como natural, vivo sano, me siento bien, tengo mucha energía, trabajo en un proyecto en mi casa, qué más puede pedir un hombre.
Vivo, como y bebo natural, compro en el barrio y en el mercado. Toda mi vida no uso medicamentos, mi cuerpo hace todo el trabajo para mantenerme saludable, muchas gracias y aprecio por eso. Puedo decir que estoy en equilibrio y feliz.

Today I celebrate my birthday with a lot of appreciation for life and good health. It is a fun ride with lots of fantastic experiences and still going strong.
I celebrate my mother for giving birth to me in Groningen, the Netherlands and appreciate of course my fathers part on it.
