Guilty!!!! 😱 At WILD, we love having a glass of wine. It’s part of our European DNA. To us, wine is more than just alcohol. It’s something we share with friends, or soon-to-be friends, an excuse to reimagine the world, a way to unwind and relax.

Sometimes, finding the right balance is hard, but we get better at it as we age, exactly like fine wine.

Over the past few years, wine culture has slowly emerged in Nicaragua. We’ve embraced initiatives like and attended various wine fairs across the country. Our wine selection is getting better and better. Because despite our Belgian origins, beer country by excellence, the “drops of God” are our favorite poison.

That said, sobriety has also risen in popularity, and we respect that. We’ve learned to appreciate a good mocktail or even the simplicity of sparkling water with a twist of lime.

At WILD, it doesn’t matter whether you drink or not. What matters is that everyone feels comfortable being exactly who they are. Our space is judgment-free.

So yes, there’s a good chance you’ll find us with a glass of ice-cold rosé in hand at sunset, but if you’re team kombucha, you’re just as welcome.

Our new sauna at WILD is here

Made of teak and cedar wood, built for 6 to 8 people, with the most beautiful view, magical light in the late afternoon, and sunsets that make you want to stay a little longer. Sleek and simple.

It’s a place we designed for our guests and members to slow down, relax, connect, breathe, and just be. Quiet conversations, warm wood, golden light, and that feeling of being completely tucked away in nature.
For now, it’s not open to the public. We want to keep it private, and peaceful.

But if you’d like to rent it for a private experience, send us a DM 💚

And this is only the beginning… the jungle concrete hot tub is ready too. Think 8 persons hot tub with massage jets, hanging over the jungle under the canopy. Picture yourself relaxing after a day of surf, watching the stars and sharing meaningful moments. We designed WILD as a place where we love to be. Now and forever.

As our hidden jungle retreat grows, we are looking forward to sharing it with all of you.

Did you know WILD has its own sound identity?
From the very beginning, music has been part of how we imagined the place. Long before some spaces were built, playlists were already playing in the background; shaping moods, guiding moments, helping us think through what WILD should feel like.

These soundscapes aren’t an add-on. They’re part of the project’s DNA. Each one reflects a different rhythm of life here: quiet mornings, slow afternoons, shared sunsets, and moments meant for movement and dancing. Music that sets energy as much as atmosphere. Music that can invite people to move, gather and celebrate, while still leaving space for conversation, pauses, and the surrounding nature.

Over time, these selections have become a thread running through WILD, a way to carry its atmosphere beyond the physical place. A way to take a piece of it with you, wherever you are.

This is also deeply personal for us. Music has always been the canvas for the most important moments of our lives. Certain tracks are inseparable from specific memories, places, or people. Creating and sharing these soundscapes felt like a natural extension of that — a way to share something that genuinely matters to us way more than pictures or videos. Because lets face it, we are rarely camera in hand.

What is WILD?

WILD began with the intention to create more than a place to stay or invest in.
We imagined it as a carefully crafted setting — designed to hold a way of life.

Architecture came first, but never alone. Design here is not about making a statement; it is about creating harmony. Buildings that sit naturally in the landscape. Materials that age with dignity. Spaces that feel calm, open and grounded. Timeless rather than fashionable.

Music is part of WILD’s DNA. Not as background noise, but as a rhythm that shapes the atmosphere. Curated soundscapes, moments of shared listening, and the understanding that music can bring people together without needing to be loud. Just enough to set a tone, mark a moment, create memory.

Art, conversation, silence, movement — all coexist. WILD is conceived as a place where people matter as much as design. A space that naturally attracts those who value intention, creativity and presence, without needing to define or label them.

Behind this art de vivre sits a clear, thoughtful structure. A small-scale project. Limited homes. A business model designed for durability rather than excess, for long-term value rather than short-term trends.

WILD is a setting for living well.

Our view at WILD never disappoints. Our little bar is the perfect spot to watch the surfers and enjoy a chill glass of Rose with good company.

We have been busy with the holiday season, working on our spa and selling some units. Starting in a few months, we will welcome visitors on invitation only or for private reservations. We can't wait to share the raw and timeless character of this beautiful space with you.

We don't feel like sharing too much online because we believe that moments are meant to be lived without phones in hands. We will do our best to share some of the magic with you though. If you are in the area, feel free to pop by. We will be happy to share a coffee or a glass of wine with you.
