Here is the latest on Selva Del Mar's neighbor. The entrance to Guacalito de Isla is about a quarter mile inland from Selva Del Mar, on the Gigante road. With Guacalito nearing completion and the improvements at Rancho Santana, don't be surprised to see the real estate market for the whole area start to pick up. Now is the time to pick up some incredible deals!
