Nieuwe vacature!

Vacature Junior Consultant
Als Junior consultant ondersteun je de afdeling bij de voorbereiding en begeleiding van bouw- en renovatieprojecten en bij de technische due diligence werkzaamheden. Het technische due diligence rapport (technisch rapport) wordt o.a. gebruikt voor het verwerven van vastgoedobjecten, krediet verstrekking of bij herontwikkelingstrajecten. De Consultants schakelen tussen de klant en de architect, adviseurs, gemeentelijke instanties en uitvoerende partijen. Daarnaast adviseren wij opdrachtgevers in het verwerven van vastgoedobjecten. Hiervoor zal je ondersteunen bij technische due diligence onderzoeken (vastgoed) en zal je helpen bij het opstellen van rapportages (in het Nederlands of Engels).

On Wednesday 15th, BOSS along with Ronald van Warmerdam and Carlos Lüchau hosted “Be Aware of the Blind Spots”, a presentation regarding the international construction industry. Perspectives from different countries were presented concerning the regulatory context, stakeholder management, social context and construction economics. The discussion was a success given the presence of international students, Dutch students and MBE staff. Thanks to everyone who participated, especially the students who represented Philippines, Japan, Kuwait, Panama, Curaçao, United States, China, Indonesia, Peru, Colombia, Canada and India.

Last week, on November 14th and 15th we went on our first business tour of the year with 27 students in Amsterdam. We started early in the morning with a coffee and a presentation Dev_ real estate explaining their work as advisors in real estate, project development and housing advisory along with project management. They hosted the event at one of their projects, B. Amsterdam, the biggest startup ecosystem in Europe. The afternoon was catered by CBRE. Nationally, they are the biggest in the industry of real estate advisory and project management. After cracking our brains on a case we finished with drinks between the plants at their brand-new and beautiful headquarters the Core.

The next day project developers Boelens de Gruyter showed us one of their current project in Amsterdam West, Ringpark. Afterwards we went to their office overlooking the IJ river to learn more about the company and eventually we had to make a conceptual development plan for Ringpark. At the closing drinks we could look back on yet another informative and enjoyable day.
