Dear friends!We offer you to buy and enjoy our fabulous eco-house, made with big love,located in a wonderful prlace near Bali Bird Park, with rice fields and mountain view.
The location of the house is exactly between Ubud and Sanur (approximately 15-20 minutes in each direction, close to Bali bird park). Far from the roads,the road finishes on this house,the territory has a large number of fruit trees (mangoes, jackfruits, coconuts, bananas). Close to the house you can find a large swimming pool, Green School , supermarkets Bagus, Nirmala,Coco market, Ace). The house is fully equipped with everything you may need for living.There are two bedrooms with double King size beds in each one, and another bedroom on the 2nd floor (you can enjoy very beautiful view from here). Great open space area. We are looking for people who appreciate nature and relax and who will treat the house with love and respect. all dokuments are good. IMB, rent lease 20years,posible to extend for 5years.
