Attention to all residents!

Soon the winterbreak starts, Gapph wants to wish you an amazing winter break💙
With your mind focused on getting home to your family or spending it with loved ones, Gapph wants to provide you with some tips to get your room winter break ready!
• Tidy and clean your room.
• Unplug all electronics (this for fire safety and sustainability).
• Empty your refrigerator and cabinet with food items.
• Empty the trashcan and throw out the trash/empty cans and bottles.
• Check if your sunblinds are not out, in case of wind, rain or snow this can break.
• Close your window, make sure your lights are off and lock your door when you leave.
• If you live in shared housing, check if the common spaces are clean as well.

Enjoy this time with the people you love, we are happy to welcome you back in Middelburg after the holidays!

Lege lachgascilinders op straat en bij restafval!
Sinds het verbod op lachgas, zien we dat lege lachgascilinders achtergelaten worden op straat of terecht komen bij het restafval. Dit levert gevaarlijke situaties op voor onze collega’s van de stadsreiniging. Bovendien veroorzaken de lege cilinders veel schade aan huisvuilwagens en verbrandingsinstallaties, omdat ze kunnen ontploffen en brand kunnen veroorzaken.

Inleveren bij de Milieustraat
Heb je lege lachgascilinders? Dan moet je deze inleveren op de Milieustraat. De medewerkers op de Milieustraat kunnen deze dan veilig verwerken. Zij nemen jouw lege lachgascilinders zonder verdere vragen in. Deze maatregel lijkt niet samen te gaan met het verbod op lachgas, maar alleen op deze manier kunnen we samen ongelukken en schade voorkomen.

We vragen iedereen dus dringend om je lege lachgascilinders in te leveren bij de Milieustraat!

💙🤩It’s time for checking in all new students!

From the first of August, we will start welcoming over 200 new students to our campuses! We are excited to welcome them in our beautiful city, Middelburg.
To ensure that the check-in goes as smoothly and quickly as possible, please keep the following things in mind:
- You can pick up the keys in our office, lange noordstraat 34 in Middelburg
- Make sure to pay the first invoice in advance, you can show us a proof of payment
- Please bring a working phone to your check, you will get a verification-SMS
- Bring your identification, so we know it is you.

Today all movers can pick up their keys at the Gapph office to move to their new room!

❗️Don't forget to return the keys of your old room on Monday the 24th of July before 10:00!

From now one you will be noticing a lot of students moving out of the campuses.
There will be a skip placed almost all locations, you can use this container to throw away big items.

❗️Please do not leave personal belongings and furniture in and around campus.
