Do you have to pay the service fee every month next to the rent?
No, the service fee is what you pay to nestpick when you book the room (ones)
Our service costs are in the price of the room (so no additional costs).
You also pay a deposit, that you get back when you leave the room (when you have cept everything working and clean).
How is the studio situated?
There are 3 houses next to each other.
There live about 18 students in these 3 houses.
The only things you share together are the washing machines. The use of the washing machines are included in the rent.
There are 2 studio's that also share a bathroom and toilet together. These are the ones that cost 375 and 400 euro's.
The other studios have their on bathroom (shower) and toilet.
All the studio's have a kitchenette.
Is there internet in the studio?
Yes, there is and it is included in the rent.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
there are shops for food at 2.5 km
