As a general partner, Jamestown will lead asset management, leasing, creative and marketing, architecture and design, and development for the 76-acre adaptive reuse development in the North End. ⁠

Originally constructed in 1924 as a Ford Model T plant and later repurposed as the Charlotte Area Missile Plant (CAMP), the development today features a mix of office, residential, retail, restaurants and bars, public gathering space, event venues, and a sprawling collection of public art.

A San Francisco icon returns to the skyline. After a year under wraps, the 1916 clock tower has been fully restored.⁠

Work began after heavy rains revealed leaks. More than 2,000 slate tiles were sourced from the same Slate Valley quarries used a century ago and matched to the original zigzag pattern for historic accuracy. Finishing touches were fresh paint and new bulbs.⁠
