An update - we did well!
This shows that preparation helps! 😎
Today the bidbook was released from your house.
Out of all bids:
…only some had a personal message;
…very few were ON the asking price (rest was above);
…2 asked for a building survey(??) for a house from 2020;
…60% had a finance condition
AND… the highest bids were indeed pretty close (🫣)
For our winning bid, we have our ‘homework’ in order to finish first. Glad to be able to assist!
