Zoekt u op korte termijn een woonruimte? Dan bent u bij Stenia aan het juiste adres! Op 1 maart krijgt Stenia beheer twee nieuwe panden tot haar beschikking, gelegen aan de Utrechtseweg in Zeist. Er zijn 24 woonruimtes beschikbaar, deze woonruimtes variëren van 7m2 tot 32m2. Naast de woonruimtes beschikken beide panden over ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Het gaat bij deze panden om bewaking door gebruik, dus voor het bewonen van deze panden kan geen vaste eindtijd worden afgesproken. Stenia doet haar uiterste best om zo spoedig mogelijk te laten weten wanneer de bewoning van het pand zal eindigen.
De prijs in de advertentie is een gemiddelde, de prijs varieert per woonruimte afhankelijk van de grootte van de woonruimte.

On the 1st of March, Stenia will have two new buildings at its disposal, located on the Utrechtseweg in Zeist. There are 24 living areas available, these living spaces vary from 7m2 to 32m2. In addition to the living areas, both buildings have spacious common areas. These buildings are monitored by use, so no fixed end time can be agreed for occupancy of these buildings. Stenia does its utmost to let you know as soon as possible when the occupation of the building will end, this always happens at least…. months in advance.
