We’re excited to transform Skotfoss into a vibrant and dynamic community. With Scandinavia’s largest data center Google being established in Skien and other major industrial developments across Grenland, Skotfoss is perfectly positioned for significant growth. Skotfoss Brug, once Europe’s largest paper factory and home to Scandinavia’s first electric railway, is set to undergo a major redevelopment. We plan to build a substantial number of new apartments around the existing historic structures, which currently encompass 18,000 square meters. Located in the heart of Grenland’s industrial landscape, our mission is to establish Skotfoss as a national lighthouse for new green technology and circular economy, in combination with housing, industry and tourism.
