"Peter Arnet Amundsen senior (1872 – 1958) kom til Tromsø i 1914. Hans bror, Theodor Amundsen, bodde allerede i Tromsø og arbeidet som murmester, og som de fleste murmestere og byggmestere på denne tiden virket Theodor både som håndverker og planlegger. Han flyttet fra bye

n i 1972, men fra hans tid står fortsatt flere bygg som han hadde det fulle ansvaret for – bl.a. de to særpregede eneboligene nr.14 og nr. 16 i Kirkegårdsvegen foruten den store Arthur Mack-gården Storgata 73. Selv bodde Theodor Amundsen med sin familie de siste årene i Kirkegårdsvegen 14 (Nora-heimen)." A dignified villa at the intersection of O.L Aunesgate and Kirkegaardsvegen. Built in 1921. History of the accommodation provided by the architect Arkitektkontoret Amundsen:

"Peter Arnet Amundsen senior (1872 - 1958) came to Tromsø in 1914, when he was appointed place conductor. His brother, Theodor Amundsen, already stayed in Tromsø and worked as a master mason, and like most masons and builders at this time seemed Theodor both as a craftsman and planner. He left the city in 1972, but from his time stands still several buildings that he had full responsibility for - among other things the two distinctive detached houses No 14 and No 16 in Kirkegårdsvegen, besides the great Arthur Mack 73. Theodor Amundsen lived with his family the recent years Kirkegårdsvegen 14 (Nora-home).
