In building construction, accuracy is everything. Many surveyors get confused between Back Sight and Resection, but both are not equal in practice.

✅ Back Sight Method (Highly Recommended)
• High accuracy
• Simple & reliable
• Less chances of error
• Best for columns, grid lines, foundations & slabs
• Standard method for building work

⚠️ Resection Method (Use with Care)
• Accuracy depends on known points
• Higher error risk
• Not suitable for tight tolerances
• Use only when back sight is not visible or area is obstructed

📌 Golden Rule:
Structure = Accuracy → Accuracy = Back Sight

🎯 Pro Tip:
For building work, ALWAYS use Back Sight Method.
