🐾 Property Patrol Report

This week's assignment was a neighbourhood patrol.

Millie approached the mission with her usual professionalism, staying focused on the route ahead and making sure no corner was left unchecked.

Jack, on the other hand...

Well, someone had to investigate the local "p*e mail." 🐶📬

Every letterbox received a very thorough inspection, every interesting scent was analysed, and there may have been a few enquiries about prospective listings along the way.

The good news?

✔️ Plenty of pats from friendly locals.

✔️ Lots of happy tail wags.

✔️ Jack managed to keep the barking to a respectable minimum!

I'd call that a successful patrol.

I actually love winter!

Give me a roaring fire, cosy slippers, Jack and Millie curled up beside me, and one of these incredible Central Otago skies...
..and I'm a very happy girl.

Sometimes life gets busy, but moments like this remind me to stop for a minute and appreciate just how lucky we are to live here.

One of the biggest misconceptions when selling a home is that buyers don't make up their minds until they've walked through the front door.

❤️ Home is more than just the house you live in.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that every home comes with a story.

🐾 Well... I suppose it's time to make this official!

I'd like you to meet the newest (and furriest) members of my team...

🩶 Millie – Head of Quality Control

🤍 Jack – Chief Property Inspector

These two are my constant companions at home and, from now on, they'll also be making regular appearances on my social media.

Don't expect them to negotiate contracts or prepare appraisals just yet... but they're experts at:
🐾 Supervising the gardening.
🐾 Inspecting outdoor spaces.
🐾 Finding the sunniest spot in the house.
🐾 Making sure every property receives a thorough sniff test!

Every Wednesday they'll be reporting for duty with Jack & Millie's Property Patrol, sharing a few laughs and the occasional home and property tip along the way.

Official Garden Inspection Team

Jack and Millie have completed today's backyard inspection...

✅ Every flower sniffed.
✅ Every bird warned off.
✅ Every wheelbarrow thoroughly investigated.
❌ Weeds removed: 0.
❌ Gardening assistance provided: 0.

I'm beginning to think they may have misunderstood the job description! 😂🐾

On the bright side, they did remind me how important first impressions are. A well-presented outdoor space doesn't have to be perfect—it just needs to feel loved and lived in.

Now... who's bringing the treats? 🦴
