But our community support goes beyond that, with charitable giving a key part of Tricoft and our team – over the years, we’ve sponsored sports teams, clubs and charities. Family-owned, farming roots

The seeds of Tricroft date back to the 1970s, when then farmer David Williams subdivided fifty acres. This financed the purchase of his first farm, Tricroft in the Ashburton district. David loved farming but saw investment in property as a way to help build his community. Those early projects launched Tricroft as it is today – with David still in support of our team and championing projects that add real value to our area.
