BacK2FronT BacK2FronT specializes in project managing residential property projects, using a network of tried and trusted tradespeople with a common set of values. Why us?

What is BacK2FronT, you say? We specialize in project managing residential property projects, using a network of tried and trusted tradespeople with a common set of values – honesty, fair prices, and a desire to do the right thing by our customers. We:
• Project manage new builds, renovations and improvements to existing properties (including design if required)
• Inspect properties and provide co

mprehensive building reports which are written in plain English and remedial actions to take
• Facilitate health and safety workshops, and policy implementation into the work place. After years of working with Habitat for Humanity (http://www.habitat.org.nz/), we know how hard it can be to find someone to help you. Someone who does what they say they will, when they say they will do it. Someone you’d trust to help your mother. We are those people. Give us a call.

I don't care if Monday's blue
Tuesday's grey and Wednesday too
Thursday, I don't care about you
It's Friday, I'm in love
Monday you can fall apart
Tuesday, Wednesday break my heart
Oh, Thursday doesn't even start
It's Friday, I'm in love

When Black Friday comes, I'll stand down by the door
And catch the grey men when they Dive from the fourteenth floor
When Black Friday comes, I'll collect everything I'm owed
And before my friends find out I'll be on the road

And so it comes around the last day of the working week . I hope you enjoyed all your zoom sessions and virtual offices.. now for some virtual PHUNNIES.

Latest project: With the likes of Covid and all that it impacts onto the building industry i.e.- short or no supply of materials- stretched deadlines-and dealing with consents and bureaucracy its a wonder anything is achieved. But the industry is strong and pivoting... they sure have to. Anyway I started out a few months ago managing a complete new story on top of my daughters house-with my trusty team.. here is the progress so far... more to come

As you are all WELL aware i am leading a small (9) but elegantly formed and in proportion Habitat for Humanity volunteer team to Vietnam over the easter break.

We will be working with a local family to build them a house. In a week ,you say ? imposseeeeble...sacred blue!!! ( bad french)
But contrary to KIWI Build we do it and we have an awesome time doing it.. Sorry due to significant deadlines you can't come This Time BUT..( serious bit)
We :Lesley and I as BacK2Front Ltd in association with the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and the Tamaki Restoration Project have been able to sponsor a young amazing Glen Innes man (19) MAX mto coming with us.

I met him and his Mum and Dad this morning to calm their fears that I was a crazy man (partially proven) and they are and were blown away.
As part of being involved in this amazing adventure ( for him and us all) We are raising money to " seed fund" the house we are building to ensure SUCCESS.
So what can i do you say?????? GOOD QUESTION

Well you can check out his fundraising page
The link for Max's fundraising page is: https://habitat.org.nz/donate/maxleuila/

His Family are blown away...I have an awesome new team member...he is a brilliant young man who we are privileged to help write his life story.. and YOU can do your bit to be part of this as well by donating ...( no matter how small or large..that would be nice...... its tax deductible folks!
Please give what you can ..every bit helps...and I will add you with your permission to follow his and our adventure on a SPECIAL DONATORS ONLY page....
Love to have you all along please check this out.

I am but a pilgrim. A travailler through this land No bed to call, no hearth to thrall, I walk on shifting sand I walk the weary wilderness, I journey day by day Until I find my destiny, a land so far away Forswearing wealth and seeking truth, my weary feet they tread Towards the great redemption, they’re but simply lead… [ 108 more words ]

Hi Nice people

In early June this year. I am leading a team to Sri lanka... the venue will be on the beautiful Indian ocean at Batticola

So
Maybe you would like to live the dream ???
Maybe you know someone who would like to live the dream and has the time and money to go......-please forward this onto them ?? and pester them as well
Or maybe you would like to financially support someone to go ( I have some suggestions here)
The trip is structured slightly different this time due to some policy changes In habitat NZ
The cost is around about $ 2850 NZD ( to be finalised)
But this does not include air fares.I am arranging a group booking so we can go together if you wish. This is an upfront payment of $1840 by 1st April to secure this economy fare with Singapore airlines. ( you can arrange to meet us there if you want to swim or go another way..)
There will also be sightseeing on the way to the build site (included in cost ) and a day in Colombo at the end ..to sight-see as well
There is also the distinct possibility of going to the Maldives ( extra $$$) at the end of the trip for 4 days and then come home
Interested or know someone who is please get back to me ASAP

Kind habitatty Regards
