Brendan Goodwin - Goodwins Real Estate Brendan Goodwin joined the Goodwins family business in 2017 to work alongside his father Ashley as Director and sister Catherine as CEO.

Since then he has become Auckland’s top property management agent, winning the REINZ Business Development Manager of the Year in 2019 & 2020. Brendan’s commitment to enduring relationships and broad networks pays dividends for his clients. In 2021, he secured an exclusive partnership with the America’s Cup challenger, resulting in 131 tenancies. He also fostered profitable relationships with film

studios Warner Bros, Amazon Studios and Netflix. Goodwins is all about family, for Brendan, working alongside his wife Aleina as Goodwins’ CFO. They live in Mt Albert with two young children. Brendan’s earlier career spanned commercial property law in NZ, Australia and the UK, and commercial sales and leasing. He is now dedicating his market expertise to Goodwins’ sales division and seeking out opportunities that produce exceptional results for clients.
