wow this is Amazing

11 year old Jimi from Kowhai Intermediate had an unique experience at the Auckland vs Canterbury match this weekend. Thanks to Barfoot & Thompson and Auckland Rugby, Jimi had the opportunity to deliver the match ball to the players under the bright lights of Eden Park.

Jimi and his rugby mad family, sat sideline watching Auckland defeat Canterbury in what was a hard fought victory. Jimi, who unfortunately left tackle rugby behind after needing a pacemaker, was delighted to catch up with the teams after the match and even scored a few freebies.

Congratulations Jimi, we look forward to hearing about the rest of your touch rugby season!
