We've partnered with award-winning Buildspace to design bespoke kitchens for Wonder utilising quality, environmentally conscious products. A collaborative effort focused around meeting our aesthetic goals while selecting enduring eco-friendly materials.

Wonder kitchens are mostly constructed from ZeroE by Plytech - A renewable, non-toxic plywood. Made of 100% plant fibre waste (fruit tree prunings, rice straw, wheat straw & cotton) and formalde-hyde-free adhesives. Through the use of sustainable processes, their production procedure reduces carbon emissions, improves air quality and reduces waste.

Doing our part: $10,000 towards your apartment.

With the government indicating that vaccination is the way forward for Auckland and NZ to open up and get back to normal, we want to do our part in helping people into new homes and getting the economy back on track.

With this in mind, all purchasers who sign a purchase contract for an apartment and prove double-vaccination with an official vaccination certificate between 6 October and 15 December 2021 will receive a $10,000 cash contribution towards their purchase on settlement date. (People who are unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons are also eligible).

Construction is scheduled to start early in 2022, and with between 300-400 people indirectly employed on a development project like Wonder… we’re keen to get things moving.
