The North Shore property market continues to hold steady, with a median sale price of $1.17M, down 1.2% compared with September last year. A total of 262 homes sold during the month, 26.6% fewer than a year ago and below the three-year September average of 329 sales.

Meanwhile, the 12-month median price sits at $1.20M, up 0.1% year-on-year.

Friends of Women’s Refuges Trust presented with a record-breaking $400,000 donation from the proceeds of the NZ Sculpture OnShore 2025 exhibition.

This donation will continue to support women and children fleeing domestic violence and abuse, helping provide crisis accommodation, essential care items, as well as counselling and advocacy services.

Martin was proud to be part of the presentation of this incredible $400,000 contribution to Women’s Refuge.
