Brighton Lodge will suit those that like to be near to the city and proximity to cafes and restaurants. Single rooms range from $200 to $275 per week. Double rooms are $220 to $360 per week for a single person plus $40 for a couple. Single ensuite rooms start from $250. Double ensuite rooms start from $300. Your rent includes power, water, heating and unlimited wi-fi internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly. Meals and linen are not supplied. You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas. You have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a shared dining and lounge room. Washing machines, dryer and washing lines are available without charge. We have limited parking available on-site to rent. Parking on the street is free with a council permit. The average age of residents at Brighton Lodge is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered. Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.
