perseverance and clarity!

After searching for months on end, engaging multiple auctions and writing many offers on different properties across Auckland our first home buyer had had enough! 🤯

We had a quick conversation around what she really wanted to achieve: Get on the ladder, remain under budget, the ability to travel more in the next year and ideally have a good return when we go to buy the next "home". The apartment was never considered until this conversation and it met all the criteria and more!

Congratulations to our owners who achieved a brilliant outcome albeit 229 days later! and to our first home buyer who can say - it's absolutely possible!
