BUCKLE UP EVERYBODY - the new CV's have been published. You will notice that they have backdated them to 01 Jun 2021, let's hope the rates are not back dated as well! It is always interesting to try and work out how they calculate these increases, from our perspective we find property on a large landholding and intensive unitary plan zoning tend to increase more than if you had a 'single house' zoning on the same size section.

If you would like a virtual appraisal on the back of this new information - we can provide this online via a video conference call.
